While most gins are made from cereal grains, Nouaison Gin is made from grapes, which gives it a smoother taste in the mouth. This grape base is perfectly complemented by a set of 14 botanicals. These include classics such as juniper berries, cardamom, ginger and some of the more sophisticated ones such as sandalwood, bergamot, plum, Java pepper and vetivera.
